Offered by the Fairport Local Development Corporation (FLDC) this is an incentive program designed to help owners of commercial properties or business owners make sign, façade and frontage improvements that enhance the attractiveness of their properties as viewed from the street, the canal or other public right-of-ways. Larger incentives are also available to help improve accessibility.

The FLDC will provide matching grants up to $10,000 on a reimbursement basis. Minimum project investment is $10,000.

The program includes provisions for ADA improvements. Updates that provide fully automatic/power-assisted doors are eligible for a 90% matching grant up to $10,000.

It’s about time we give our newest Account Executive at Just Solutions a formal introduction. Bill Meyers has been with us the last two months working with current and potential customers in our copier division, Just Document Solutions.

Bill merges a background in media with over two decades in technology sales. He earned a BS in TV/Radio from Ithaca College and has left a mark at Unisys, where he delivered diverse solutions from high-end servers to complex financial systems.

For nearly ten years, Bill has been in the document management sector, driving security, efficiency, and cost-effective solutions for clients.

At his core, Bill thrives on forging new connections, diving deep into their challenges, and finding the perfect fix. For him, that’s the secret sauce in “sales:" solving problems and creating value.

Bill is all geared up to bring in a fresh perspective, diversify our solutions, and be instrumental in driving Just Solutions' expansion.
