Our next Chamber event will be held on April 28. We will be providing the opportunity to virtually speed network. This event is being co-sponsored by our member Rochester Professional Consultants Network. Their member Dave Finger, Founder and Owner of Computer Gardener, will be serving as the digital master. Perinton Ambulance Celebrates EMS Week 2022

Perinton Ambulance is gearing up for EMS Week 2022! Each year National EMS Week celebrates the amazing work EMTs and Paramedics perform throughout the year. This year, EMS Week is celebrated May 15 through May 21 with a theme of: "Rising to the Challenge.". A week's long schedule of events include public outreach and education in First Aid, CPR, Stop-The-Bleed, overdose/NARCAN training and a Car Seat Clinic. Additionally, we will be celebrating our dedicated staff all week with staff and family events to say, "Thank You."

Engineered Components & Packaging Welcomes New Product Specialist

Engineered Components & Packaging is happy to welcome Daniel LaMura as a new Product Specialist. Dan will be working remotely from Ronkonkoma, NY. He will be supporting our Fairport based employees, as well as our location in St. Louis. All employees work remotely and have access to the engineering office in the Box Factory. Dan will be working with customers, supporting custom and stock shipping trays, medical trays, and ESD tray packaging (products located on our website www.ecpplastictrays.com). Dan came to us from Underwriters Laboratories where he worked since 2012.

Opportunity to Educate Rochester Urban Youth

Edge Advertising Group is furthering the message of opportunity to invest in Rochester urban youth education. The Church of Love Faith Center (COLFC) announced a scholarship fund for perspective students of The Charles Finney School. Once Finney raises $100,000 in the 2022 Scholarship Campaign, the COLFC will invest an additional $100,000 to provide tuition scholarships through the Bishop Gregory and Pastor Myra Parris Scholarship Fund. The scholarships are intended for aspiring students living within the city of Rochester. With successful fundraising, the scholarship will be doubled to $200,000 for the 2022-23 school year.
