Revelations Design Studio Named March 2018 Business of the Month

Revelations Design Studio is our March Business of the Month. Wendy Rugaber purchased and renamed the salon after working with her mother in the original salon business in Packett's Landing. They are known for their nine stylist choices, along with a nail tech and esthetician. Craftsmanship, techniques and personalization are their values. Wendy has also been a Paul Mitchell Educator for 26 years.

Fairport Pharmacy to move to Whitney Town Center

In April, the pharmacy will be moving the pharmacy to a new location, from the Village Landing, their location for the past eight years, to the Whitney Town Center.

At the new location, in addition to the pharmacy, we will also be opening up a coffee shop, featuring Fingers Lakes Coffee Roasters coffee, and an assortment of baked goods.

As of today, there is no exact date for the move and re-opening, but they expect it to happen by the middle of April.

As of March 26, 2018, there are currently 73 (“Active” and “Continue to show”) new and existing homes for sale in the Fairport Central School District (Town of Perinton and Village of Fairport). Of those 73 homes, 28 are “NEW” Build Construction, leaving 45 Existing Homes for sale.

Of those 45 Existing Homes, 20 homes are currently listed over $300,000 and the other 25 are Under….

TOWNHOMES/CONDOS:

Looking at Townhomes/Condos, there are currently 18 “Active” and “Continue to Show” in New and Existing Condos/Townhomes in the Fairport School District.
Of that 18 Units, 7 are listed over $300,000. 10 of the 18 are currently built.

Sounds for Life is pleased to announce that Dawn Bowerman recently earned her New York State license as a registered hearing aid dispenser! Dawn has over 25 years of experience as a Rochester business owner, and was voted "Woman of the Year in 2014." She earned a Masters of Business Administration in 2011, Masters of Science in 2013, Bachelor of Business Administration in 2009, and a Nursing Degree in 1981. We are so glad she is part of the Sounds for Life team!
