The Chamber's event "Dress for Success" has been featured in several local news outlets including the Democrat and Chronicle and the Genesee Valley Pennysaver. The event will feature 300-400 pieces of clothing in the styles of business, casual, and more! The event will be hosted by Kellie Wright of Alliance Advisory Group and will take place on April 11th 11am - 1pm, 2017 at Created by Us Pottery, 3 Railroad St., Fairport, NY 14450.
Casa Larga Vineyards has been chosen as the March Business of the Month by the Fairport-Perinton Chamber of Commerce. Founders Andy and Ann Colaruotolo shared a vision and a passion for producing good wine that could be shared with friends and family. The winery started as a hobby and then flourished into a business. The first vines were planted in 1974. Just as time marched on from hobby to business, so did the ownership. With the passing of founders Mr. and Mrs. "C," the Colaruotolo children, Andrea C. O'Neil, Mary Jo Telesca, and John Colaruotolo run the business today. Throughout the business, family tradition is enjoyed and furthered.

Greenlight Networks, an ultra-high-speed, broadband service provider, offering residential and small business customers Internet speeds up to a Gigabit per second, announced today that it completed construction of its 1st Greenlight District in the Village of Fairport, NY.

One hundred and twelve business professionals and local community members attended the annual Fairport-Perinton Chamber of Commerce’s The State of the Town, Village, & Schools. This event has seen exponential growth during the last three years. Annually the Fairport-Perinton Chamber of Commerce hosts an event entitled The State of the Town, Village & Schools for the benefit of its members, interested professionals and citizens. The event opens with an hour of networking and attendees enjoy lunch at the Burgundy Basin Inn while listening to the presentations. All of the hosted speakers reinforce the bond of community, earning wealth, health, and enjoyment from working together.
Friday evening, Feb. 10th at 7:15, Inn On Church will host our 37th Anniversary Celebration with our student performances Coffeehouse! It is at 11 W. Church St. – admission is free; however, tickets ARE required (limited seating).
Maplewood Estates has been chosen as the January Business of the Month by the Fairport-Perinton Chamber of Commerce. The Maplewood Estates, 55 Ayrault Road in Fairport, opened in 1999. Residents reside in studio, one and two-bedroom apartments and have access to a large dining area and a private dining room. The Maplewood community is very family oriented, with larger spaces that can accommodate extended family gatherings. The staff reinforces this family atmosphere as they interact with residents and other staff members. The staff also includes a full-time nurse, from Interim Health Care.
Belview Floorcare has been chosen as the December 2016 Business of the Month by the Fairport-Perinton Chamber of Commerce. On Cue Content, LLC is November 2016's Business of the Month! Chris Coffey's On Cue Content video production business has been chosen as the October Business of the Month by the Fairport-Perinton Chamber of Commerce. New York State Corrections and Youth Services (CAYSA) will be holding a three-day Statewide Symposium in our region this year! The conference will be held from October 26th through October 28th at Radisson Hotel in Rochester. The event is usually attended by 300 plus Criminal Justice profession
The Chamber member lunch on October 12 was about VISIBILITY through participation. Our attention was drawn to events, leadership positions within the Chamber, Committee work, and digital communication channels.
The lunch itself provided an opportunity for members to actively participate, starting with a time dedicated to networking. The 3 Rs stand for Riesling, Ravioli and Radicchio. For many years, Mrs. C would bring in her homemade, classic Italian dishes for the vineyard workers and our customers to pair with our Rieslings. We’re honoring our founders with a dinner similar to the one they would bring to the vineyards each year at harvest.
Tickets are $45 (includes 2 glasses of wine) and can be purchased online through October 20th.
